I also was living under a rock but the minute he opened his mouth in that Meghan Trainor song I was searching him on RUclips and basically fell in a hole listening to a lot of his music and I sing, I tend to sing along, it's not the same with him not only is he technically great but he emotes really well. He's the type of singer you just close your eyes and let it flow into your soul. can literally sing anything and he isn't boxed into a genre he's his own kind of like Kelly Clarkson. Why limit yourself when you can sing it all. I was wondering if you noticed it's not as evident in this video but in the Meghan Trainor one it is his lips and his mouth movements don't match the sound that is coming out. Most of the time it looks like he barely opens his mouth but somehow magic comes out. He has a funny side too there's a song called "Broke" absolutely hilarious. But most of his covers have made me. Cry his original music is amazing and if you go far enough back into his catalog they're in his garage.
