Thank you for the prompts, also people saying it makes mistakes, if you data train and fine tune it and CORRECT it when it makes mistakes, it learns as you use it. Its so important we all learn how to uae AI if not you will be left behind. This is the future and ChatGPT is not even 2 years old, look what it can do already...imagine 2 years from now😊

I haven’t found that ChatGPT keeps up with instructions that are super detailed such as the ones you describe. It probably takes more time commitment using it and getting used to it. So much to learn - Thanks for sharing what you’ve learned.

Will these instructions still work well if I translate them into other languages? :)
Silly question... at 3:20, you suggest "paste it right here" in the custom settings; however, "it" doesn't look like the same prompt that was previously explained. Would I be correct in assuming that "it" is an unrelated prompt that's more generic (ie. unrelated to what you're teaching in this video)? (seems obvious now that I'm asking, but...)

Since asking it to act like Spock from Star Trek has made Chat GPT better, is there a character/type it should act like that would give even better prompt creation?
ha I'd think that would make it sound even more robotic... Theres no one personality, just find the one that sounds the most like you need it to sound.

Hi Wes, firstly I have to say I hit RUclips gold , you had me at your how to business email / googlemail video. I have learnt something from every single video of yours I have watched. Your content is fantastic, relaxed but detailed and easy to absorb , your pdfs notes are just such a sweet and thoughtful touch. I have a question I am using the free version of chat gpt and it doesn't give me the option to set it up and customise instructions is that only for the paid version?

The time to create the prompt could be used to make the whole post from scratch.

ok but even with the paid version, chat gpt gets lazy, constantly forgets your custom instructions, and then you wind up wasting more time lol. this works great out the gate, but ask it 2 or 3 more questions, and the fcking thing forgets every instruction you gave it. ngl, i'm sick of chat gpt. it's great for some things, but it's lack of consistency and inability to follow instructions half the time pisses me off to no end.
you sound angry, lol. Remember its gonna get better and better over time, this is the worst it'll ever be!
You can instruct it to finish each message with section containing state on conversation, goal, summary, etc.
It can get lazy though still

Thanks for the video, first of all. But for me, chatgpt is no longer useful. I have unsubscribed from the paid subscription. You spend more time correcting it than being useful. He just repeats the same mistakes over and over again. Frustrating...!
I think a different company will eventually come out much better to be honest. Still has a ways to go.

I have a different thoughts on the gpt4 subscription. I just went back from Amaozn aws ai training on their study it depends on the output quality and time you want to see. Limiting the ai creativity will definitely help

Try a different prompt or search in RUclips the ultimate ChatGPT prompt by Ai underground so instead of you telling what you want , let chatgpt ask you questions so it’s easier to tell him what you clearly want. Hope it helps! & let me know if it works or is useful to you Thanks!
