- The decline of Dream's career has become a controversial topic within the Minecraft community. Where Dream was once a dominant force in the space, with Dream's Manhunt series garnering an impressive 50-100 million views per video and his Dream SMP being one of the biggest, it now seems Dream's recent videos have experienced a sharp drop with views plummeting by 90% and the Dream SMP losing relevance.
What could be the reason behind Dream's sudden downfall and the question on everyone's mind is, can Dream make a comeback? SunnyV2 Was Right About Dream...

The thing with Dream's videos is that they have always been concocted in a way where there is always tension. Dream was ALWAYS in danger, and he was the guy that always somehow managed to escape that danger in epic fashion. That's how these 10000 IQ memes came to be in the first place.
But, after Dream ended his manhunt series (which was on a decline anyways), Dream probably either had no idea or no passion for another one of those videos, so he posted some rather lighthearted, adventurous ones, which did not speak to majority of the people that were attracted to Dream's videos in the first place.
What Dream should have uploaded instead to maintain his views: Minecraft challenges that actually sound intriguing, or a repeat of earlier, failed challenges, such as terminator trying to kill him, or the world slowly filling up with Bedrock, but also maybe some new ones. For example, Sapnap's biome despawning challenge is a good one.
Dream isn't this tryhard guy anymore, who shows the world how competitive he is, which was this very trait that so many people loved about him. He doesn't participate in MCC tournaments anymore (those streams had more than 100k viewers). He turned into a different kind of person, a rather... chill kind of guy? And that detaches many people from him.

I think one of the biggest things that made people steer away from him was those tweets on Twitter with stuff like 'bark for me' and that crap, control your fans like you'd control your dog at the park.
It's cuz he has no actual personality

I never understood why doing a face reveal is such a big deal- especially since he was in DANGER the whole time. It was something he needed to do, because he was treated horribly due to it. But I understand why people are worried.
