Thank you for your comment! thanks for sharing. 50/50 - right, it's the good value. Especially from a company's perspective, it's even more understandable. As someone who finds satisfaction difficult to catch, the desire for perfection give me big motivation as well.
The view for satisfaction seem crucial. I know its important to fill in all the gaps perfectly, I've realized the importance of pausing to understand the overall picture, too!
