- Hello, Hello!
On this week's Tobisonics, we're taking a look at Instant Audio's Quick AG (via United Plugins). The Quick AG is designed to be a quick and easy all in one solution for processing acoustic guitars and other acoustic instruments.
In the video, we'll take a look at the different sections built into the Quick AG from EQ to Compression, Reverb to Transient & Width; evaluating the pros and cons of each, as we breakdown the processing of an acoustic guitar with the Quick AG.
We will also take a look at the interface and I'll make share my thoughts on how the Quick AG could be improved at its next update. Finally, I'll go through my conclusions about the Quick AG and whether it is up to the job.
You can demo the Instant Audio Quick AG yourself via the United Plugins Website:

My debut solo production "All These Things" is not now! It'd be disco-biscuits if you could take a moment to have a listen:

Nice review! I like how you stepped through your processing and let us hear the comparisons as you moved along. Good stuff!
Thank you! Really pleased you liked the structure of the video. I've been playing with different approaches trying to find what works best for the viewer. Means a lot that it worked you. Thanks again for watching and taking the time to comment. Have a great weekend!
This was a great review, thanks a bunch. Going to try this on an Irish bouzouki, of all things. Totally agree with you on doublers/wideners... Nice reverb, too.
Thanks! Appreciate you taking the time to comment. I'd be interested in hearing how it works out with the Irish Bouzouki. Have a great week!

Thank you! Really pleased you found it useful & thanks for taking the time to comment! Have a great day!
Thanks for helping me out on how to use this great tool. BUT - I am havng an unusual problem. While recording I keep getting section (a second or two) of white noise and when I play back that section is not recording - its' blank. Any ideas? CPU is at about 23%
Could be a lot of things... my first thought is the latency set on your audio interface. Try increasing the latency and see if that solves the problem.
I have the same problem, I don't know how to solve it
@@gustacon1 Have you tried increasing the latency on your audio interface?
@@Tobisonics I reinstalled the UMC drivers for my Berhinger audio interface - Problem solved - don't know if it will work for you Gustavo.
@@allenklein7462 Thanks for sharing the info! Glad you got the problem sorted!
