Looks like a nice gathering of family and friends with a few freebie tickets , maybe 500 people there at the most . Unfortunate really , but we don’t have proper smaller soccer friendly stadiums in this country, we just put up one bleacher on a field and call it a stadium lol, or have teams like Forge in Hamilton play in a massive ugly stadium when even 3 to 5000 the place looks empty . We need proper stadiums in this country but we don’t have so soccer at this level is going nowhere fast unfortunately!

well this stadium is a universities and was a temp situation. I think theyre supposed to move south to davisville or something and have a soccer specific stadium. But agreed that these teams need to look to have their own stadiums to actually draw in fans

@@sanjarsocool yup very true , if you look at some of these lower division teams in Europe and see some of these 5 to 8000 type stadiums they have , enclose right around with seats right around the field and even a roof over the stands to protect from rain .

@@montefredane that and the locations of the stadiums as well if they arent near transit, pubs, or a socialable area a matchday event seems boring to attend thats what europe does really well regardless of the teams level the game is an event
