Temp for frying is 350F I believe it sounded like I said 150 I apologize for that.

Just curious, do you strain and reuse the oil? If not, how do you dispose of the used oil?

Hello Ryan, Thank you so much I hope you give them a try… The oil I do strain and reuse after a few times then I always dispose in my empty coffee cans wrapped in a tied bag hope this helps❤️

I believe it was vegetable shortening or canola can’t remember peanut oil is best but by all means any cooking oil or vegetable shortening will work as long it has a high smoke point….. always here to help feel free to ask any questions you may have❤️

I'm originally from Northeast Ohio and we call them "Jo-Jo's" I moved down south many years back and no one knew what they were! 😂 They have potato wedges but they're not the same. I've made them but mine too aren't the same. Your recipe, however is! I'm so happy and excited to try!
At all the pizza and chicken places, in Ohio, "chicken and jojo's" are the norm together.
Anyway, thank you for both the fried chicken recipe and this one! Now I feel like I can bring a little bit of 'home' here! ❤

This really damn good looking wedges? the 7-11 wedges here suck ass cause the cooks making them are Filipinos. I don't know why I ask everytime!?
Me: "How come you guys don't make them crispier?"
Counter lady(Filipino): "Our boss tell us to use other recipe~"
I ask the Manager assigned at this 7-11. and he tells me we never changed the recipe? Either i'm being lied too or they really skimp on the damn ingredients and thus no longer taste good. Taste bland and uncrispy as hell.
