January is gorgeous BUT, as in all dark rooted colors they needed to included the lighter color in the rooted area all around the hairline. The dark just screams to loudly in that area and distracts from the beauty but elsewhere it is beautiful. I would love one of those if it was large and had some lighter color blended in at hairline.

I miss my 2 year old grandson that I usually babysit 3 days a week, and he has a new baby brother, that we haven't gotten to meet in person yet. I get weepy at the slightest thing. I try to stay busy with projects around the house daily or I would be a basket case. So, thank you for keeping us entertained. Btw, I agree with Kim. I need my makeup on to FaceTime! I put it on every day just do I won't scare my grandson to death!😜
love the frost pink although the pink does not show up on my screen. The color that does show up is beautiful. I love the Kristen. I have been wanting to order one but I have so many wigs now that I am waiting a while to justify (?) it. You girls have so much information that is helpful like about using dry shampoo for itching and also wearing on the days when I didn't shampoo my hair. I love to watch you. I have a 22.5" circumference head and have had trouble with Jon Renau caps fitting small on me. But I've noticed some variation among wigs, e.g., Cameron fits fairly comfortably, while Ignite doesn't fit at all. I've been looking for a short pixie and couldn't help but notice how cute Annette is. Do you guys think Annette has enough stretch in the cap to accommodate a larger head, or would it be more of a skull crusher like Ignite? Thank you for your informative and entertaining reviews.

So I have a question. I've just been burned big time by wigs.com I placed a huge order to try things on. Followed the rules, kept tags on, no make up, cap & put straight back in box and returned. They will not refund me. I'm horrified, and have so much anxiety. Cried for 2 hours this morning. I knew I wouldn't keep them all, was hoping to keep 2. Now I'm stuck. Any ideas or recommendations on where or how to sell these wigs? Anyone have a bad experience with wigs.com?
Heather have you ever sold anything on eBay? That might be a way to recoup some of your money. These wig companies are greedy and awful. Look for other sites where you can sell your stuff. I sold wigs on eBay and did pretty well. It's a thought. Good luck.

However they did charge a fee and I had to pay to return. It's very difficult to be able to purchase a wig. Eoth the styles and colors, making thebright choice straight off the bat is impossible. There has to be a better way, or a website that is easier on the customer. I have given up at this point.
To the lady on the right of my screen (sorry I didn't get your names. I could barely hear this.) You looked so good in ALL the colors of this collection more so than the very first wig you had on. The lighter silvery colors brightened your facial features and your eyes really popped. 👀

Yes, but she put the liner over the wig grip in order to keep the wig clean. Also, since they are putting the wigs on and taking them off in this video, the grip doesn't matter. Ordinarily, it would be the way you suggest.

We have worked together daily and side by side for 8 years and have been advised by health officials that our situation is in the same category of families or others that live together and shelter in place. There are many small businesses like ours that function that way. We are both single and do not have exposure from others at home. I can’t speak for the other ladies you watch. This is a very serious virus that is killing people and transmitted easily and we do not take it lightly. Everything in the store is sanitized. Delivery boxes are sanitized before they enter the store and gloves are worn. We wash our hands and then we wash again and again. Thank you for your comment and opportunity to clarify. I feel like it's just so much hair so if I fluff it, it overwhelms my face,and if I flatten it, it looks wiggy. I've tried steaming it and I have some styling spray, but that's about it. I really wish your shop was closer to me because I feel like if anyone could help me with my wig conundrum, it's you.

The Ignite does run smaller. We haven't had any complaints on the Annette running small though.

They come pre-cut, but you can always trim a little more. You definitely don't have to!

I have Annette, and I just can't get it to look good so I never wear it. Misty pops it on her head and its amazing without even trying.

Here I am an old lady making sure my hair doesn't look blue from the purple shampoo. lol Not everyone can wear the blue and look good.
