Thank you for sharing your art, it's very inspiring to have artist showing their proces of learning :) I really like your art, so colorful, and full of joy ! Like the manga references too ! Eager to see the next art book 🎉
Nice art! I could just google this but what’s better then asking a real artist, how do u do a “study” I’m guessing it’s just analyzing another style maybe idkk and I want to start doing them so I learn 🤣😪
@@thekingofallbiscuits8971 thank you! When you study another person’s work you are pretty much just copying it and trying to understand how they got the results. I normally pay attention to the things I like about that artists work (can be line work or the way they colour) and try to get it down at closely as possible. There are also different ways of studying a persons art, some people copy their work then try to copy it again without looking at the reference, others like using different materials to force themselves to really break down the art style instead of blindly copying. I personally copy then try to add the same attributes of the art that I like in another drawing ( like the fma drawing towards the end in my sketchbook where I tried to replicate the pencil work I like from Horikoshi ) it’s also really helpful if the artist has speedpaints! Because you get to see the full process and understand their techniques better! I’m pretty sure there can be more why’s and each artist does it differently but that’s how I do it! :)
In case you haven’t read the description! I had so much trouble with my audio and camera this video! So I’m sorry about the quality 💔💔
