It takes time, but if that's what you decide you want, find you a good program and get the process started. I got my certificate at UNC Charlotte. A little up the road from you lol

@@JamalTateIsTheGreatest Nah it's a solid question. Mine is in school administration. I'm not sure if a general leadership degree would work the same.
