    So inspiring, Tara. I am loving these videos. I'm not even doing a PhD (yet...I would really like to) and still there is so much content that I'm finding useful as a coursework Masters student. I'm sure if I do get to a PhD having watched your videos will make me much better prepared. Thank you.

    Tara , what time were you going to sleep then, if you were getting up at 3 am ???? Is it possible to maintain good mental health with chronic sleep deprivation?

      Hi Anna - I'm in pretty good shape I reckon. My mental health is fine - but everyone is different :) My entire family has always woken up early - so this has been my norm for a long time :) txxx
