The Thinkific to Convertkit integration is done from the Thinkific side. You can also set an automation using Zapier to send data to Convertkit every time you get a new customer on your Thinkific website.

My question is if a subscriber has clicked two links; lets say they clicked cookies then went back and clicked muffins, I found that they will be given both tags because this is the rules that has been set to each click, but what about the automation which sequence would be activated for them?
That's a good point. To avoid triggering two sequences simultaneously, you can set the automation to remove all the other tags when one tag is selected. So if they already clicked on cookies and then they click on muffins, you would set the automation to remove the cookies tag (and any other tags that they could've have selected previously).

I have one problem, when I upload any content in "after confirming" section it doesn't show up when they click the confirmation button the only way I can give to my audience is to paste an external link from somewhere like Google drive. Not sure what are you referring to. The only place you can upload files in Convertkit is under Form Settings > Incentive. The incentive can be a URL or a Download. If you choose Download you can upload the file that you want subscribers to download when they get the email confirmation once they give their email in the form.
You cannot because you cannot store videos on Convertkit. However, in theory, you could use Convertkit to deliver a series of lessons over email, but you would have to store your videos on RUclips or another video hosting company like Wistia.
Thank you so much Miguel! One more question: most all my audience is Spanish speaking. Do you know if ConvertKit email standard language (not the copy I write) can be customized in Spanish? I currently use Kajabi where the double optin automatic email is ONLY in English and cannot be changed. Trust me, I’ve asked. It’s frustrating and awkward because the whole customer experience is in Spanish up until that point. Kajabi suffers from other glitches like that.

You would typically use an Automation to trigger a sequence. The most common automation is one that detects when a user enters their email in a form and them adds them to an email sequence. You can also trigger automations when someone buys a product, or is tagged when they click a link.
For the code to work you need to: 1. Install the ConvertKit plugin as shown in this tutorial 2. Make sure the plugin is activated 3. Add the code as a "short code" type block into your blog post. If any of those steps are skipped the code will not work. If it still doesn't work, it could be because you need to update to a newer version of Wordpress.
What are the differences betweeb Sequences and broadcast? May I set a broadcast intead o f a sequence? I want to give out a email course by email. Sequence is not available in my panel right now.
A sequence is simply a series of broadcasts sent automatically over several days or weeks. If you want to send broadcasts automatically, you need the sequence feature.

Yes, there is one possible trick but you would need to set 3 separate rules one for each choice. Each rule would unsubscribe the user from the other two sequences triggered by the other two tags and subscribe them to the last tag clicked. So if they click on Cookies, Muffins & Donuts in that order. The last click would trigger a rule that would apply the Donuts tag, subscribe them to the Donuts sequence, and unsubscribe the user from the Cookies, Muffins sequences.

You can sign up for free with ConvertKit and add up to 1000 contacts. After that, you need to pay, but the idea is that if you already have 1000 contacts you should be able to monetize your audience to a level where $30/mo is a reasonable business expense.

Hi Harith, if you're using Gmail then you need to add the email sender to your contacts and then it won't be sent to spam. You could also create a filter that says to never send emails sent from ConvertKit to the spam folder.

Hi Taryn. I'm not sure I understand your problem. There are two ways you can deliver a PDF or file with Convertkit. As shown in this tutorial, the easiest way is by using the incentive email feature available in forms under the form's settings. You need to change the Thank You page to from URL to "incentive download" and then upload the file you want your new subscribers to get as soon as they enter their email in that form. Or, you can send the file as a link pointing to that file inside one of the messages that are part of an email sequence that gets triggered when a subscribers get join your optin form. If you're trying to attach a file using the second method, then I would recommend not to try to attach a file to the actual email inside Convertkit but to upload it first to your server or file storage solution like Dropbox, Google Drive, or One Drive, make the file shareable, and then copy and paste the link inside the message you are sending from Convertkit. This is the most reliable way of sending a file. If you try to send it as an attachment, it may be flagged as spam by the email provider of your subscribers. Also, if you have attempted that solution and they get an error, it's because the link to the file is wrong and they are getting a Not Found error.

As they subscribe through a leadpage that is connected to convertkit form they get a thank you page as an upsale and then get an email from the sequence. In each day's I've tried adding an attachment. I hope saving it on one drive works. Thank you so much.

Why am I not seeing the SEQUENCES tab at the top menu?
They moved them under the Automations tab now

For tech support is better to email Convertkit directly.

Question how do you know who brought from your email soo you wont promote the same product to the same people on your list ?
That's very easy to do in Convertkit. You can automatically tag all the buyers of a product and exclude them from further promotions.

If you're trying to attach a file using the second method, then I would recommend not to try to attach a file to the actual email inside Convertkit but to upload it first to your server or file storage solution like Dropbox, Google Drive, or One Drive, make the file shareable, and then copy and paste the link inside the message you are sending from Convertkit. This is the most reliable way of sending a file. If you try to send it as an attachment, it may be flagged as spam by the email provider of your subscribers.
Also, if you have attempted that solution and they get an error, it's because the link to the file is wrong and they are getting a Not Found error.
@@GRUMO thank you so much. I resaved my file attachments on one drive. I hope it works. As they subscribe through a leadpage that is connected to convertkit form they get a thank you page as an upsale and then get an email from the sequence. In each day's I've tried adding an attachment. I hope saving it on one drive works. Thank you so much.
