Blizzard 1 game after: YO HE'S BANNED, DUDE
So actually, it's very rare that you'll run into the same guy you reported for cheating in the previous game. Blizzard is actually very good at responding to reports and checking to see if cheating is actually occurring or not. In this case, the ban just so happened to occur during the game Phish was playing in.
i think what also helped was the fact that phish was streaming so they could probably tell even from just his stream
I still think that mei was just good, that aim is common of meis in deathmatch, its like saying hanzo is easy to play, it isnt about difficulty its about circumstances of the kill
