Just last night, I was pleading with God and my guides to give me a sign as to why I’ve been cut off from the world for my whole life really but especially in the last four years. I felt a great sense of unworthiness and absence of purpose which is heartbreaking, I feared for my own life as thoughts of no longer existing appeased me. That’s when I heard ‘look up Dark night of the soul’ and here I am, 12 hours later and the dark night feels like an accurate diagnosis. It all makes sense again. I ordered your book and hope it can better guide me through this quest. I fear my earthy habits ex binge eating have been quite the obstacle but I already quit the cigarette 2 years ago so nothing is impossible. So once again thank you for existing and for sharing your knowledge. I’ll be listening and intergrating daily. Much love ❤
Wonderful Sophia🙏🏼 I loved hearing more about the final stages, because that is where I am. I had to let go completely of my old life before, during and after the Dark night of the spirit. I actually had a spiritual and healing life. I worked in a spiritual/metaphysical bookstore and event center and I did healing work and spiritual counseling. It was very perplexing to be asked to let that go. My mind could not make sense of it.🤔 Now it all makes sense🤗 I keep experiencing what I call the “Great Perfection”. Seeing the perfection of how life has unfolded. Even all the trauma I have been through and how it has benefited my awakening. I even feel huge gratitude for all of it. The last piece for me is old friendships from my past life in this life, contact me and want to reconnect and if I continue, something unnerving happens and reveals to me that I have to let go again, seems to be my final lesson at the end of higher learning. I ask my guides and they say I am at 95% and I will be at 100% soon. This was long, hope that is okay. Much Love🙏🏼💜🥰

I don't come across many people who are close to transcendence (although that will change over time of course) so it's always heartwarming to meet someone close to the end of the 'formal' journey. I will post the video about transcendence/post-transcendence soon, as controlling the energy flow seems to be the major lesson. Perhaps when you're a bit further along you can let me know how your experience has developed?

Every time I send thought to the spirit world my ears start buzzing but more in the right one. I know my guides are there, but thats as far as I can get.
Thank you for this. I just dropped out of the connection phase after the DNOS growth stage. This new stage felt like i lost all my power and sense of self. It’s terrible. I kept saying ..why did I go backward.!!! i have been so deep in depression. Lord, I wished I had this info months ago. Thank you, now I know more of what to do to move to stage 6
@Zen Jenn yes it sounds as though you hit spiritual DNOTS, it feels like the rug's been pulled out from under you, doesn't it? You can definitely get through it - meditate every day and you'll get there ❤️

Just went thru major symptoms of headache. Look forward to learning more, but tiring for sure. Been 3 years of fatigue is that normal, or am i missing doing something? 🔥🔥😇 been on Twin FJ for about 6 years.
Now I’m afraid of “losing” or being made to let go of my husband and my children in this process 😢 or not being here for them because I’m too consumed with this. I don’t want to become a different person, lose the life I have, or the people I love in it. I don’t think I want to do this anymore… maybe in the next life.
I recommend developing your communication with your guides, they will be able to reassure you and give you advice. Daily 3rd eye meditation will open up your channel. You can also use tarot cards, a coin, or a pendulum to get answers to yes/no questions

If it comes to you, by that time you should be able to cope. A lot of the Connection phase is very joyful, so you still have that to come. Also, a percentage of people stop the process at the end of Connection and go into a sort of standby mode, so you might be one of those

I attempted to shift in February and I've been an emotional roller-coaster since. I don't even know what to do with myself anymore.
I recommend daily meditation. Try not to overthink and see what emerges over time

Fatigue is very normal, don't worry, your energy levels will come back over time. Just rest as much as you can
