New problem in Hyderabad VFS office rejection bio metric not working with some person so they have to go hospital take doctor certificate not appearing pinger prints certificate given by doctor within 30 minutes if they miss the time they have to book next availability appointment

Prepare a complete file for each applicant. But they only mentioned that for below 6 years applicant only biometric will be exempted. Regarding physical presence it is not clear. So better get it confirmed from respective VFS vc.tasheer.com/static/visacenters

@@RANJANJHA They asked my family to fill out the the form for all applicants. In fact, they asked everyone today to fill the form, however, they were assisting during the fill up. I wasn't there personally but the way my wife described it, the form was similar to what you have uploaded. They are charging INR 1100 for dispatching the passport by courier. A representative can collect it but the authorization letter is needed with aadhar copies of applicant and receiver. Biometrics is also mandatory but the scanners were not working properly so they suspended it today before closing. They are asking for a medical certificate in case biometric fails after several attempts. The certificate should state that the applicant has some skin problem due to which the fingerprint cannot be scanned. You are doing a fantastic job by helping the people. Just write "Resident"
We cant write anything in stay period , they will understand it, except VFS Hyderabad employee

It's better to take appointment after getting the visa. It's available for the next day as of now
You can take the appointment WITHOUT visa document.

Prepare a complete file for each applicant.
But they only mentioned that for below 6 years applicant only biometric will be exempted.

@@RANJANJHA They asked my family to fill out the the form for all applicants. In fact, they asked everyone today to fill the form, however, they were assisting during the fill up.
I wasn't there personally but the way my wife described it, the form was similar to what you have uploaded.
They are charging INR 1100 for dispatching the passport by courier. A representative can collect it but the authorization letter is needed with aadhar copies of applicant and receiver.
Biometrics is also mandatory but the scanners were not working properly so they suspended it today before closing. They are asking for a medical certificate in case biometric fails after several attempts. The certificate should state that the applicant has some skin problem due to which the fingerprint cannot be scanned.
