Great vid. Just an FYI, it's possible to do bags that are wider than the chamber as well. Takes a bit more work and uses more bag though. Basically, instead of making one seal across the end of the bag, you make 2 diagonal seals that cross each other. / \ Place product in the bag and then make a quick diagonal seal. Rotate bag and lay down to that you cross existing seal and run complete cycle .
