When you install Apache and start the server, the default page is often a simple 'It works!' message, indicating that Apache is functioning properly, and either page (default or test) is correct
When you are connecting the Windows instance, you can see the get password option in the below window. You can click and find the browse option. You have to provide instance keypair in the browse and click decrypt password to view the actual password.

Yes you are right. You can access through Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) as end user to access the AWS desktop.
