Hey pal love how you build that. Will try making one. To me it don't look for beginners only it also looks for anyone else to. Cause it looks comfortable.
I took three of them and took the ridges off of two cut one in half and I made a uppercase I beam sort of anvil. The two that I cut the ridges off of I placed bottom to bottom and then I took the one that was half'd and welded them on either side for stability. I had found a restaurant flattop propane grill next to a dumpster one day and I cut a piece from the 3 inch thick slab because it was already heat treated and had loads of heating cycles. It was a bitch to marry the two materials but with some trial and error I managed to get something that is very nice. It weighs about 100lbs.
Wasted wood guys. I have been a blacksmith for 30yrs. Take a 2X12 cut it to desired length hammer into a rough foursided box. Cut another piece for the top nail it together. done usually 1 12 foot length and done. I have multiple anvils done like this and they have lasted for decades.

merci pour la vidéo biloute.
Cool go
Thanks!
Mmmmm
ah yes, using an anvil to build the mounts for your beginner's anvil
don't get me wrong, great video, but wth
As I said in the video, you can buy mounts at most hardware stores that would do the trick. I’m just cheap and didn’t want to buy some haha
