  • Filipino drivers have different levels of skill. Some are very good and follow the rules, while others might drive dangerously. Problems like weak law enforcement, bad road conditions, uneven driver education, and heavy traffic can affect how people drive. To make driving safer, the Philippines needs better roads, improved driver training, and stricter law enforcement.

I agree with western side some drivers here in PH doesn’t have a licensed and more violations mentioned here in our place also super rude and they choose what they want if a passenger gets only here in San Fernando Cebu also Barangay area

I'm am from Europe, not used to traffic jams. After having seen the traffic from a passenger's view the first few times, I have been driving both in metro Manila and the province. In the cities its nerving but because I'm used to narrow roads it's not very difficult, in the province driving is comparable to driving like at home provided the road is in good condition. Road conditions are from very good to very bad.
