I love Amazon free delivery no running around to the shops plus some things are cheaper Asda last week toothpaste I buy had gone up to £3.50 I bought it off Amazon for £2.32 and free delivery can’t go wrong it’s so good I also had my free month as well easy to cancel before they charge you it’s brilliant I now pay for Amazon as I love it

I've used Amazon for many years, and not all items are sold by Amazon themselves, as there are plenty of 3rd party sellers using the website. It's very similar with Ebay, where companies (big or small) will sell items through these sites. There is also a possibility that the two packages you received were from either different warehouses, or direct from the seller, as not all items are held in Amazon warehouses. Anyway, hope you have a great weekend.

I seriously tried supporting local shops until a few years ago. Just got frustrated walking around my local town centre and stores like Homebase/B&Q looking for things I never found. So have given up and buy mostly online.

Amazon is a convenience to me it is quick. I don't buy very expensive items no more because I brought a smartwatch and some scum sole it and replaced it with some listerine mouth wash. Amazon said if I didn't return the mouth was I would be charged!. They did replace the smartwatch but I was extremely anger at them. Prime is a nightmare they make it almost impossible to cancel it is more money for amazon obviously.

Nice one Claudia - living rural it's just easier to order at my leisure online and yes reluctantly Amz... but traipsing round shops is not a viable option for me... Amz have recently upped the free delivery option to min £35 spend ! I really shop around for cheapest most economical purchases 🌞

I love Amazon, great prices and next day delivery, who can ask for more. I do most of my shopping online and get some great bargains 😊

I've always been lucky and never had a problem with the alternatives I've bought. I usually buy mine on eBay but I had this gift card to spend. I've tested them out and they're working well.

i don't like amazon or even independent jobs, most are terrible to their employees.Even some charity shops are toxic. I do use Amazon as they do free delivery (handy in the countryside) are good value compared to rip off local shops, give refunds quickly and easily but local shops can be a problem. I think laws must be tougher to give employees more rights. so voting for a better govt is the way to go

They treat their workers very badly. I've watched some Amazon driver channels and the number of drops they have to do in a day for almost no money is astounding.
