hello sir, In question #768 Stress-busting Break (time frame is 32:35), the options (therefore and so) both of them stands for the conclusion. Can we eliminate them directly ?

We can’t eliminate them directly.
Therefore is usually used in the beginning followed by a comma. If so comes in the beginning then it’s not mandatory to use comma
If therefore is used in between the sentence then there will be comma before and after ‘therefore’
eg. It is, therefore, mandatory to submit the results before Monday.
In case of “so”. Comma comes before.
eg. He was very happy, so he started celebrating.
Notice the comma in both cases
