No, in vanilla its always a random die. Only by using mods can you redirect it (could be considered cheat since you most likely going to target a weak die or the important die that you know you can win)

@@xanderlastname3281 if there as many combinations as there is speed dices, you can always just take out the mass attack and use it again until it target all the speed dies you want.

doing it that way is a mod but it's rng upon setting the card for use so you can just try until you get the one you want
