Introducing the Nuwa Pen, the ultimate writing tool that seamlessly blends analog and digital writing to provide an unparalleled pen-to-paper writing experience.
What about organisation? Where do the hand written notes land? Is there integration with other software? Is it just one gigantic digital notepad in the cloud?
Can it really put writing into text? Does it has OCR and is it correcting words and in which languages? I assume the text can be edited afterwards? Otherwise you can just make a picture of your notes and store it whereever is convenient.
There’s apps that do that. Take a picture, off you go. Given that they don’t take PayPal, which immediately sets off alarm bells, they only have one product and any apps that are inferior now will probably be updated and improved; I think this is already pretty much obsolete unless it can save you a huge amount of time. I hope I’m wrong, because it’s a good idea, but the price tag, for most people, is too much. Maybe I’ve missed some details. I just hope someone doesn’t lose a tonne of invested money that they can’t afford.
not ai. this is just a piece of programmed software. they're trying to reinvent the wheel. this is completely pointless with the Apple pen and e-sketch books/graphics tablets. why would anyone need a pen that can both use paper and be digital? if it's the feel or writing on paper, graphics tablets have that down.
Hey Jakub - in this case we're fusing computer vision data with orientation sensors on device and adjusting it according to how the user writes. Every piece of software is programmed, thats why they call it a program. But there's something about having your thoughts manifested in the real world through ink on paper that works wonders for your brain. We've developed Nuwa Pen to support just that, but also give people the benefit of having your analogue notes integrated with the digital. -Marc
@@nuwapenhow can you adjust a device to write according to each user? You have the input of whatever sensor is used, which directly tracks movement and orientation to make different pixels be represented on a screen. If a piece of software has different outputs with different users, when it is based on physical input, it is going to be different with every person either way. That's literally the same as me saying a pen is unique to each user because everyone writes differently. It doesn't make it AI Also then let me correct. it is a piece of physically programmed software. I'll give it that you're pretty good at marketing the over-engineered stylus/pen when it has no real world application. in my mind this might fit with the hipster young adult artist market. Marketing with a bit of old-school mixed with modern technology. Might not want to commit fully to graphics, but doesn't want to be fully on paper. Just a thought lol
youtube suggesting me pens what a day!
Then it's a special day! -Marc
Lol
If it manages to convert/digitize hand drawing iam in. In ad looks like it does, on web they don't mention it. So not sure.
Very, very cool. Would buy if I had an extra $300
Very useful if it can change handwriting into text.
Yes I would be very much interested.
If my life was 1/3 as exciting as this dudes, I’d buy 20 of these pens
What about organisation? Where do the hand written notes land? Is there integration with other software? Is it just one gigantic digital notepad in the cloud?
Handwritten notes will be saved on Nuwa Pen App+, and then you can share them on one of the 50+ apps.
Can it really put writing into text? Does it has OCR and is it correcting words and in which languages? I assume the text can be edited afterwards? Otherwise you can just make a picture of your notes and store it whereever is convenient.
OCR comes with a subscription
sounds cool
Is it good as a Mont Blanc?
I’m an author and go through pens.
The ergonomics are nothing short of fantastic and the pen comes with a standard D1 ink refill. Does this help? -Marc
@@nuwapen Yes, thanks.
