Am I the only one that thinks Sam treated Fragile a little coldly at the end for as much as they have been through? I'm not saying they needed to have a big romantic thing going on but I think a thank you and a handshake is in order at least. She played a major part in bringing Sam *BACK FROM THE GODDAMN AFTERLIFE* and he treats her like she hasn't done anything for him. If not for his final scene with Louise Sam comes off like a real prick in the final moments of the game.

I noticed that 2 of Kojima's characters Fragile and The Boss are similar. Both had to sacrifice a lot to save thousands to millions of people but ultimately had to be branded as villains even though they were secretly heroes. The only difference though is Fragile gained that honor back when the truth was revealed.
I feel like it's kinda a wasted opportunity to have a mission involving both Sam and Fragile together in a delivery (since she is also a porter). Fragile will follow you, can fight together with MULEs, but doesn't have weapons and still needs your protection.

Instead of trying to get it done with mo-cap, they could just shot Norman and Lea kissing at many angles or in motion (depend on the DP's direction), then one or few animators will have the shots key-framed then combined in-between the particular mo-capped animation sequences. Surely it takes times, but considering it's just a very short moment of the whole game's cutscenes they shouldn't be wasting so much time and after all they already had the actors scanned first for character model including capturing sample of their facial/muscle animation model, so I think that should make the animator's job easier.😁

Those grubs are called “cryptobiates.” They’re a special type of worm that can rejuvenate energy and regenerate blood cells. Poor Fragile’s body was ravaged by the Time Fall, so her body is constantly weakened by it, (her body is like that of an 80-year-old) she consumes those to take the edge off and keep her going, and so she offers them to Sam to help him sustain energy, too. It’s like a kind offering of friendship, I guess. But at the same time, it’s still freakin’ weird. That’s Kojima for ya! 😂

The guy literally a legend doing all the stuff he did alone, all he sees is fucking holograms saying "Oh thank you for doing this!", but you dont feel emotions at all. Its like the whole "being nice" thing is just to make Sam do what they want, and not what Sam WANTS. For example at 31:01 why cant she get the nuke, teleport with it the fuck out, GENIUS! But no SAM, you do it. Or 51:33 people dont give a fuck about him, he is a tool to them, and its making me hate the whole plot. Really woman can teleport you lots of times, but due to stupid plot holes you NEED to go back and forth yourself, fucking traverse America back and forth, like seriously i feel so bad for Sam and the shit he takes from those bunch of idiots. Not speaking about the way how it's done - too little personal interactions with characters to make you care about them after all.

Wish the game itself delved more into the day-to-day life of Sam's occupation instead of going off on apocalyptic tangents.
I'm pretty sure that fragile cannot transport cargo trough her beach, might have something to do with the timefall affecting her capabilities as we saw that when she uses her beach too much she gets weak and damaged. Altough you got a point, that's kind of the whole point of it isn't it? Sam's character is someone that due to the circumstances of the world and of his life has decided to in the game's own terms: "Choose the dead over the living" and i think that's why you alone without help have to do everything, because that's his arc as a character
