Hi Dr. Sharon, I like how you simplified loosing body fat. I am sure for any one who followed ur advise they will lose weight, since less calory equals to less weight. However, when we prolong the time between our meals the first thing we lose is our muscles; and then later our body proceeds to using our stored fat. Although it's more complicated to follow it's rather advised to eat frequent small portions every few hours as opposed to 2 or 3 big portions a day.
I agree 💯 with Dr Sharon, I was eating 3x a day and I never was satisfied with the overall result, but when I went and stayed on a Vegan diet eliminating any and all made with sugar and wheat products including Cake, Bread, cookie's, cereals the results are very satisfying.
