Watched it. I’m taking him up to r2. I’ve got 4 cosmic and was leaning that way anyway. Please via CCP and SSX give Kabam feedback that this was one of the coolest things they’ve ever conceived of and implemented. And I’m a mediocre enough player I had to buy one Gully piece if I wanted her. And used revives and healing on getting DKG. So win win. I honestly hate the RNG and crystal opening. So having the ability to get and awaken a champ is huge. I have an r2 Falcon so took photon down well. I’ll remember the fights. This shows how MCOC can be vibrant for years. The community challenge is way too hard. For me. Orders of magnitude. But this is super challenging without being virtually undoable. I suck on 8.2 boss anyway. So I needed to use units on gully flat out. Got all 5 pieces this time. And the achievable awakening is awesomely player friendly. MCOC community is better than Kabam deserves IMO. But wow do they deserve praise for this. And not making it obscenely hard as well. DKG had a great level of hardness. I almost didn’t even try the showcase. But said what the heck. Yes they got my units. But not an absurd amount. Kudos to Kabam. And I got my gully dupe 2 weeks and 2 days after I went early. But hey, it happened.
I think it’s always better to have a champ than not, especially when the champ is exclusive and may not be available again for a long time. If you’re unable to get the 7-star then you can at least take advantage of a high sig on this one. What’s gonna end up being the cost for you?

The only thing that is holding me back is the fact that he is cosmic... I have Hulkling, Herc, Knull at r2 and CGR waiting for r5 so how does he fare??
Couple ways you can look at this, but it really depends on where you're at with your roster progression. He's not as busted as Herc or Hulkling or CGR when it comes to damage. But, none of those three champs will likely be coming as 7-stars for a long time, if ever. If you're considering ranking up the 6-star, you'd do so for his sustainability and safety when compared to those other champs. If you're considering ranking up the 7-star, you'd do so for the staying power of a higher rarity. It's also entirely possible you just don't like him and that's completely fine too!

Not gonna lie, between the Ignition buffs, sick redesign, and that extra damage against all Tech champs is a solid upgrade to the OG King Groot

It's true, Deathless Guilly's degens are pretty nasty
I aint tryna be hater in some way but he is LITERALLY the same thing as og king groot, only difference are the incinerates instead of poison
@@Thunderbolt440 Mechanically he is 95% the same but DKG has WAY more damage at the expense of only having half the regen.

Sure thing! It was fixed everywhere else but the IMIW in Abyss is like a special version (called a split kit) and that's why it's still busted there.

Kinda sad that they nerfed his regen so much but other than that he’s amazing
I think it's still very good. I've rarely needed the full strength of OG King Groot's regen, so I'll happily take more damage.
