His eyesight is very sharp, I believed ? I also wonder why other leaders don't use this very old technology when giving their speeches. If someone giving speech with a prepared text/ script in front of him/ her, they will focus on one side and will not risk themselves by looking left and right at the audience while reading the prepared script/ text.
