For today's episode of "Professional Dancer Reacts" I react to &TEAM "Firework" Practice and Performance Video

Thank you for a nice &TEAM reaction video, would love to see more for the group, because the boys have very good performance skills. Especially "War Cry" or "Road Not Taken"
The chorus of this song was choreographed by one of the members, named K. Also, many steps match with the lyrics too, like them making a crescent moon in opening (coz the fandom name is LUNÉ) and the head movement in end chorus for "i was looking for you everywhere".
fun fact: you talking about "marathon" 😂 let me tell you the main dancer was professional marathon runner in Japan before joining entertainment industry. And half of the group has professional athletes too.

The reason why the lift was removed because a lot of people were saying that the choreographers plagiarised the dance move from SVT's song (i forgot which one) that's why they changed it to the head twirling move
The change looks better though, I'm glad they did.

Im alwasy looking forward to your reactions and analysis, I hope you can do more &Team cuz this team really is amazing at performance. And youre right on the nose with the athleticism, most of the members are super athletic. K used to be a marathon runner who even trained with japanese olympic athletes, Fuma has been dancing for a very long time, he was even a backup dancer for one of BTS's concerts in Japan. Taki does a lot of locking, Nicholas has a background in b-boying.... anyway the point is.... all of &Team are amazing dancers. Hope to see more of them on your channel!!!

K, the oldest member in &TEAM started to learn dance when he was 22 years old. He is now their performance leader and he did the coreography for the chorus in this song and another song called Samidare (and some other songs). I recommend reacting to Samidare, it's such a great song and beautiful coreography. I also higly recommend Scar to scar (the preformence video) wich I'm obsessed with.

They had to lose that lift move because Carats threw a hissy fit about it because apparently Seventeen did something similar for a choreography once. Seriously, I don't stan either group but I could not believe this brand new group got so much hate about a single move that they had to change their choreo to stop the bullying. Wild.
