I split it and added syrup and she gobbled it up. I froze the rest. Super easy and convenient! I do myself mini Yorkshire puddings and fill them with palatable food I can eat, I do them like voluvonts (however you spell that!!!). I prefer springy batter cooked than sponge, unless the sponge is really light & moist. Thank you for demo Darlene xx
OK Darlene, I’m trying these out, have substituted my GF flour mix and am putting in my homemade jam, they look pretty full, I’ll let you know, I think I’ll brush them with maple syrup when they come out of the oven. Thank you for the inspiration.
Oooohhhhhh... I love the idea of brushing them with syrup!!! We could even do poke muffins by poking with a fork then letting the syrup ooze into the muffin!
Ok, (again). Out of the oven, look fine, poked and syruped (apparently not a word) and tested. Awesome and will be in our camper everytime we go out. I love them, although the blueberry jam ones are not as nice to look at they taste amazing. Thank you thank you thank you. Have a great day.
My mother has so many combinations that she wants me to try that I'm quite sure I'll be doing more experimenting! I've never had her love a simple recipe so much! And yes, the jam ones usually come out more messy but still taste great!
I love your you tub videos this one with the pancake muffins look good are used to cook at a nursing home and you mentioned blueberries that was the only thing that they used on weekends when we had pancakes I was so sick of blueberries but they had applesauce they had banana and I would just throw them in the freezer and when it was my weekend to work instead of blueberry pancakes I made banana pancakes I made applesauce pancakes I would fix this for myself because I like pancakes but I hate to fix them for myself no one else is here but me to eat them and eat them I would but I can put them in the freezer and have one already thank you for your video🤗❤️🕊
These look deee-lish! Add-ins could even include raisins, craisins, other dried fruit, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, cinnamon chips, or crumbled regular or maple bacon.

I made these and they stuck to the cupcake liners so I guess next time I'll grease the liners a little bit.
