Amazing collection at the end. I own GX-105 and I personally love it but I would not mind owning some of these as well. That blueish SRC Great Mazinger looks stunning and much better than in photos. You should really do a TOP 20 video of all these mazinger/mazinkaiser/great mazinger going through your reasons for placing each one of them in those spots.
Mazinger Z is the most beautiful looking robot of all . I think that was what amazed us the most when we were kids and watched the z for the first time. As Roxette said once: it has the look . Go Nagai ( and Toei animation) nailed it.
Another Mazinger Z for the win!!!! I think Bandai made this release as another entry point for new SOC collectors. A lower price point, bare bones release without a display base- but with more anime accurate aesthetics to appeal to the long time gokin collectors, who prob already have GX-01 or GX-70 or more. It's another good Mazinger for the collection. The extending joints really make posing more enjoyable, without having to swap parts for more range of motion. Spring loaded action is another throwback, since toy makers don't do it much anymore, esp here in the US.
The gx 70 was actually the same when it was released and it came with the base that was also a container for his accessories. If anything Bandai cheaped out or probably plans to release a separate base which will cost you more. I do dig the thicker proportions and the newer gimmicks of the gx 105.
Mine just showed up. It's amazing. Still love my 70 for all the gimmicks and accessories that are absent on the 105 but the new headsculpt, frame and overall silhouette of the 105 is superior to the 70 imo.
Impressive collection you have there. Hahaha I was laughing at your story as a kid not getting the bigger Mazinger Z with the launching missiles. My mom bought me one for my birthday back in the early 80s. I would’ve killed for a GX-70 as a kid lol. 🙏🏽
This figure looks amazing but I am still pretty bummed that it didn’t come with a base, iron cutter’s, more hands, and drill missile’s which is a make or break for me
Thanks buddy! My backlog is massive too - I still need to get to awesome releases like CCS Shin Getter, Pose+ GaoGaiGar, and a bunch of SoCs lol. And the robots just keep coming. I love this hobby haha....
I can confirm they are very fragile because of the Rocket punch gimmick. That was a really bad idea from Bandai. Mine broke while I was just posing it to take some photos
@@spinal_nerd Well, I got mine about 10 months ago, and mine (thankfully) haven't broken from play. It could be because mine aren't fragile, or it might be because I don't play with it often, but yeah, Bandai really screwed the pooch on that one. Sorry that your copy broke.

Is a gorgeous figure
GX-105 is more color accurate, and I love it. Get the GX-76 along with it. Perfect match.

Excellent analysis. It really does offer a lot for the price and I hope it will bring more collectors into our world.

@@Mecha_Alliance_Cole I don't understand why robots multiply on their own like bugs. lol
@@Titaniumboy Haha!
Where did you hear his arms were fragile?
