Words is probably my favourite album of theirs. The two blended would be magnificent! We’re really looking forward to their Damnation set
Nice to see you've spiced up the intro, not that it was bad before. I've discovered Lowen this year. I'm curious as to the music playing in the intro. Also, Jason seems like a well-rounded, down-to-earth dude. :)
Before I forget, Renaissance in Extremis was - and still is - an impressive departure from the classic Akercocke sound. You've hit the nail on the coffin there, not that old Akercocke was bad. Far from being the case.

Nice to hear that you agree about the Akercocke discography too. They’re such a prolific band it would only make sense for their oeuvre to change through time.

I had no idea that Akercocke were putting together a new album. I thought it was over. I am so excited and hopeful!

Just discovered this channel from the Rings of Power episode, but then saw this, as HUGE fan of Akercocke! Very cool interview too. I'm going to check out those cards. My ex wife had numerous kinds of Tarot, I work more with Runes, but they seem interesting.

Its funny I was talking to Jason in Bristol about skating, he went on a wander in Bristol and missed the bearpit block skate park in the centre of the city. He was gutted, like he said maybe next time.
That’s awesome! Hope he gets to experience the skate park before a future show there. An Akercocke skate deck would be an extremely cool line of merch
