Wow!, you’re BEAUTIFUL!

Those PUMA socks have never looked better!
You have BEAUTIFUL feet too!
😍😍😍😍😍👍🏻👍🏻
How did you herniate a disc if u dont mind me asking. This is my very fear i got many issues from a right oriented pelvis and my low back turns to the right as does my spine due to being stuck in like a lateral shift and forward left hip. Legit can feel misalignments in my back.
In physiotherapy but my previous bed actually caused me issues and i had alot of life stress etc that didnt help along with m body compensating
I picked up a 530lbs patient off the floor at the hospital I worked at 😣.
Discs are tough and they go with more stress than just compensations alone.
@@waughfit oh my that's rough man sorry u had to go through that. ARe U doing good currently?
@@masonmalaguti3463 doing great! Hit a 430lbs PR on RDLs last week so everything is healed and I’m strong as ever.
@@waughfit that's great man u strong 💪

What about sleeping on the right side?
what about it?
@@waughfit would I do the same thing sleeping wise as the left side on the right?
The pri website shoes to sleep differently on the right and left side and I was wondering if it really matters
@@masonmalaguti3463 thanks for the details. In my experience it really doesn’t matter. Obviously this may be different depending on the person. But sleeping positions really only matter when trying to help you sleep without pain, thus the position should be focused around that imo. Hope that helps.
@@waughfit yes this helps. Thanks
Ik mattresses vary by person but i wonder what mattress do u personally sleep on and what type of firmness is yours
I seem to not be able to sleep on mediums or medium firms it turns my pelvis to muh so i went with a firm temprpudic mattress for side sleeping. Im only 154 pounds tho at 5 10 male. I really struggle wit fonding a matteress for me weak hips which im seeing a othlrhipedic surgeon on wednesday to get some scans done
I worked with a pri thrapist for 9 months but i sadly kept getting worse 😢@@waughfit
