🙏🏾 Thank you for the fashion news. I feel this information is SUPER important. All these factors affect us as consumers. I never knew in the preloved market they do wholesale as well. I thought that could only be done with new items. To be honest I am not happy with Chanel winning the lawsuit. A few other RUclipsrs have covered it as well, and I feel like ultimately Chanel is struggling and they want to control the Chanel resale market. Almost like a certified pre-owned system done with cars, now done with Chanel bags. Which can have its pros and cons but ultimately very controlling. I personally feel once you buy the item, you now own it. What you choose to do with it, is your choice. Although having a Chanel certified pre- owned system would help with assuring the customer that they are buying an authentic and immaculate item. But their quality is already an issue, so I’m not sure what they are really offering here besides authenticity. Thank you for sharing and your concierge shopping service😊!!

I agree and think Chanel is not selling like they used to this is one of their angles in addition to the aggressive price increases. Based on my research the first sale doctrine protects people and allows sales on the preowned side so getting them with copyright infringement and their claim of Unauthorized affiliation was one of their ways to attack WGACA. There was also something mentioned about their affiliation with Farefetch (if I am remembering correctly) that WAGCA wanted to use in this case but wasn’t allowed. I think they were trying to make the argument that they weren’t going after them because they have an agreement.
Ok I need that service!!!! I want a Speedy 25 from my birth year. As you know, being old like I am, this was before date codes. What do I need to do to get your concierge service? I think you said it’s a service on your website?
