I know the Mind Control doesn't work like this on Classic, this video at the beginning was just me trying to show my friends how fast I could do on that server, this will still doable on Classic (I hope so), but in a different way, and I'll be there when Dire Maul release just to post the video how to do it here quickly as possible.
Ya I havent tried to solo anything yet in classic and I had to respec my priest to holy to raid but if you find a means of doing this in the real classic, please upload a video. I havent found any info on if the old method of getting the key and resetting even works or not.
Aggro radius is huge and mind soothe gets resisted a lot in classic, I died countless of time getting to kromcrush and you definitely need gordok suit to get past him. This is exceptionally hard in classic even when using the mc solopull exploit, the ogre warlocks resists the mind soothe and mc very frequently. You need at least 2 invis pots. But just getting to the last boss is significantly harder and when you finally get to king gordok you find out he has two abilities that didnt exist in private servers, and that is that king gordok mainly charges as soon as he has a path and he also has a war stomp with a huge radius. In other words, impossible to kite him like he did in this video. You probably can find a way to solo him as a priest but it is in no way a moneymaker like the hunters use of pets.
This is not possible in the current classic version. The dogs are placed in very different places, making it impossible to get through with mind soothe, plus the mind control gives you aggro, plus the pack after opening the door is pulled when you run past it.. so many things are different from this video. I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm just saying that this video is useless for any priest looking to solo this in the current version of classic wow.
Great job! It's good to see an addition to vanilla speed run collection. Though increasing speeds even further beyond wouldn't be necessary because of instance reset limit, still would like to see if possible to get any better on that matter. Keep it up! Also interested, how much dps does plague add up to your killing times?
@@wandersonfeitosa2690 Yeah this is definitely a private server thing. On classic mobs aggro on you when MC ends. I suppose you can just make the 2 ogres fight each other and finish the remaining one? If MC doesn't break, that is.

Do you know of any guild showing how to solo this in the real classic on a priest? looking it up always just bring up unusable vids like this.
what addon(s) do u have that shows cooldowns and duration of shadow word pain, shield, etc.?
It is DOTimer but they were just for private servers, i didnt found any of them in classic

Also interested, how much dps does plague add up to your killing times?
Devouring plague does an average of 230 dmg every 3 seconds, so is like 76 DPS more
