I actually like both versions... They both have their own unique charm. The original had a slightly slower tempo and the electronic voice was more prominent, giving a sense of oncoming terror, while this one has a faster tempo and, overall, seems like a good boss remix of the original song.

Honestly the best part of this song is that Will has trained us to expect some head-banging scream-band style music when it comes to FNAF games, but this song is surprisingly relaxed.
I actually prefer this remake than the original. The lyrics are a bit more clearer to hear, the instrumental seem to be a bit more cleaned up, and the mix is different but cooler. One of my favorites from my fnaf phase so long ago. Thanks for the music, Will.

This version is Groovy, More Refined and Has a more Professional Sound to It. The OG sounds more Hardy and Organic and Messy which adds to its charm. Both are really good, i really cant choose.
By professional I mean that it doesn't sound as ear piecing as the og, although I do like it. This one sounds less chaotic, more organized and less messy. I personally don't get the up and down volume since Its always been consistent to me.

The biggest thing that puts me off is the audio volume changes. Like when he hits the 'Stronger with power and force' lines and the later equivalents, his voice just gets really quiet at 'Stronger' 'Power' and 'Force' and its really offsetting
The original was more grungy and sounds grittier and works for the song imo. This one doesn’t sound as dark, sounds like a fan cover. While if this is was the only one that existed, I’d still like it, but when the original captures the atmosphere of the game too perfectly, this one doesn’t just hold a candle.
It's almost like the auto-tune is adding to williams voice, since the animatronic mode is on. It really adds to the effect whether that was intentional or not.
I really like this version ^__^ The words are clearer. And it sounds like PG before he was stuffed. Also,I wish that the inhaling sound was still there,Will.

Come and think of it, I think this Is actually better than the original. Not only the lyrics are more understandable, but the rhythm is much better (Even though, is not a much different from the original, but is more clean). So yeah, change my mind.
This is really cool! I’m glad you came back to this song as it’s one of my favorites! I think this is a good remake of a song for newer fans! I personally prefer the original because it sounds a lot heavier and more agressive, which is the type of music I sing and listen to. I actually LIKE the far calmer vocals, to be honest - funny, the first of these remakes that I prefer to the original is the last of them. :v (inb4 mind-blowing Break My Mind remake) I have always imagined Springtrap to be a very calm and silently aggressive entity, given how easily he can sneak up on you in 3. I imagine he just bides his time and waits for his enemies to slip up so he can eliminate them - I mean, he has all the time in the world to do it, after all. Immortality gives a person an awful lot of patience. Besides, at this point, I'd imagine that Purple Guy is still present within the machine's 'soul', so it still has that human element to it that allows for personality traits such as patience and intelligence - two qualities which I like to think that Springtrap possesses. (Hehe. Possesses. 'Cuz he's possessed by a ghos-...nevermind.)
While he's singing this song I see him wandering around and when he says "I'm coming for you now!" He hears a sound and starts running towards the source
Thos version feels a little closer to the vibe of Build Our Machine in terms of the way you sang it, rather than the roughness of the original. It just has more of your natural style to it. Basically, it's less William Afton and more Will Ryan lol. The way the volume goes in and out is also satisfying to listen to with headphones. Happy Early 10th Five Nights at Freddy's Anniversary!! 🎉
Both are great because the original has an intelligent sadistic feel to it whereas this has a more playful sadistic feel to it, it gives me options based on how I'm feeling which is wonderful
the only thing about this that irks me that the original didnt, is something is drowning out the whole song, meaning when said thing stops, the vocal volume starts tweaking, getting randomly super loud then quiet

The biggest thing that puts me off is the audio volume changes. Like when he hits the 'Stronger with power and force' lines and the later equivalents, his voice just gets really quiet at 'Stronger' 'Power' and 'Force' and its really offsetting
The original was more grungy and sounds grittier and works for the song imo. This one doesn’t sound as dark, sounds like a fan cover. While if this is was the only one that existed, I’d still like it, but when the original captures the atmosphere of the game too perfectly, this one doesn’t just hold a candle.

I appreciate the effort. The melancholy this version has is definitely a step-up from the original.
It's almost like the auto-tune is adding to williams voice, since the animatronic mode is on. It really adds to the effect whether that was intentional or not.

I actually LIKE the far calmer vocals, to be honest - funny, the first of these remakes that I prefer to the original is the last of them. :v (inb4 mind-blowing Break My Mind remake)
I have always imagined Springtrap to be a very calm and silently aggressive entity, given how easily he can sneak up on you in 3. I imagine he just bides his time and waits for his enemies to slip up so he can eliminate them - I mean, he has all the time in the world to do it, after all. Immortality gives a person an awful lot of patience. Besides, at this point, I'd imagine that Purple Guy is still present within the machine's 'soul', so it still has that human element to it that allows for personality traits such as patience and intelligence - two qualities which I like to think that Springtrap possesses. (Hehe. Possesses. 'Cuz he's possessed by a ghos-...nevermind.)

Thos version feels a little closer to the vibe of Build Our Machine in terms of the way you sang it, rather than the roughness of the original. It just has more of your natural style to it. Basically, it's less William Afton and more Will Ryan lol. The way the volume goes in and out is also satisfying to listen to with headphones.
