To break even you’d need to spend 165 dollars a month that’s very fair in fact most people I know spend more on groceries a month so yeah this is actually really good
I would like to get the Executive card but they don't have a lot of variety of Organic groceries that I buy in whole foods and other retailers sadly. I do spend a good 300 with buying organic avocado oil and olive oil.
Executive and costco credit card for 4% back on purchases. On my monthly spending which is about 250 a month we can reach about $100 annually on just in store purchases. 4% back on all gas puts us around $300 cashback on gas. Plus cashback on restaurants. Justified!
$3000*.02 $60 so no you would have to spend $6k to break even. Yes I know doing the same math for basic member ship is only =$30 but i get $100-400 already so if I upgraded not sure it would be wprth it
usually we spend $300 a month or two ($3,600 if times 12). but ever since they opened up BJ’s wholesale club it’s much less of a zoo and we just go there better deals to so I think we’re gonna just switch to the $60 regular membership at Costco now.
At Sam's Club you only have to spend 1200 with the Sam's Club credit card at Sam's Club at an extra 3% on top of the 2% back to justify the extra cost of a plus membership. And thats with projected membership fee increases.
@Foshio1 * I've noticed people like to comment "but it's sams club" since yall comment the same thing this indcates a sheeple mindset. Which are tactics of costco. Sams has a less costly membership, better credit card rewards, a better hot dog, also an exclusive mountain dew flavor costco will probably never see. The rotisserie chicken is better, bigger and costs less than costco. If you have never shopped at a sams club and yet you bash it, all that tells me is you have been brainwashed. I pitty you poor fool. Ive shopped at both and found sams has better deals
I don't get how getting $60 back on a $120 membership is breaking even! That would be $120 to break even! Otherwise you're just technically still paying for the gold membership, so what's the point?
The video is wrong. “Justify” means it’s worth it. Spending $60 at the beginning of the year, and getting that same $60 back in a year does not justify the cost because you essentially lent Costco $60 interest free for a year.
I spend $200 at Costco twice a month. I think I’m going to keep my executive membership
Yes absolutely. You are spending enough so that the cash back is more than the +$60 you paid for Executive Membership
We’ll yeah 5 items is 50$
So basically
200$ that’s like 20 items
Half a shopping cart and already 200$
@@shophocho7798 yeah I will probably get $600 on my “rebate” check.
@@Iwatchmuchvideo what's a rebate feee
my parents get like 300$ worth of items every few days 😂
I need 2% cash back on my $1.50 hotdog 😡
doesn't apply at food court
That's 2,000 hotdogs to break even 😂
@@42luke93closer to 4k but alright
My parents spend enough to cover next year’s membership plus a little extra

Yea bro I spend like 300 a month on groceries for just myself. This would be completely worth it especially if u have a family
Yes absolutely! Most families will benefit if they live close, and if they do most of their shopping there
@@shophocho7798 it’s almost a steal
i spend more then $1,000 a month on groceries family of 4
Who even buys groceries at Costco?😂
Employees get the executive membership for free! And the cash back added to one paycheck a year!
So $250 a month? Maybe I better upgrade
Do it!
That Costco Pharmacy trumps all others, and as of last year you didn’t need a membership to use the pharmacy.
$3000 is nothing if u have large families
And if u own a business like restaurant
It depends on how big ur family is. Me and my hubby first went to Costco 4 yrs ago and we still using some of the things we bought.
I sign up a card at August and already spend over 3100$, so it depends whether people need to buy some equipment
This is the Best membership..hands down
just become an employee and get executive for free lol
I would like to get the Executive card but they don't have a lot of variety of Organic groceries that I buy in whole foods and other retailers sadly. I do spend a good 300 with buying organic avocado oil and olive oil.
Just get a credit card like the Wells Fargo one that gives u 2% cash back on everything regardless lol and then have the basic Costco membership

250 a month is simple when grocery shopping. Hell that’s food alone! The rest will add up
$3000*.02 $60 so no you would have to spend $6k to break even. Yes I know doing the same math for basic member ship is only =$30 but i get $100-400 already so if I upgraded not sure it would be wprth it
What other benefits come with being an executive member?
You can shop at any costco

That’s all great till you realize it’s sams club😭

There is also a business membership!
It’s just a badge of look at my status. Funny is the rich folks have a standard membership

I did not break the law i was falsely accussed at cotsco Concord ca
3k a year. That’s not bad actually. I definitely spend more than that a year at Costco.
Can you share membership?
Its a big win for me as we spend $4567 on f¥€king parmesan😂😂😂😂😂 and $11598 on everything else that qualifies for cash back😂😂😂
I canceled mine and I regret it
💕💕💕💕💕

I spend this easy lmao.
That was obvious
Do one with petro for your car....
So u get back 60 bucks in the year?
Take Costco Credit Card, extra 2% which is 1500/year
Cherry on top
How do I sign up
Bro forgot business
Am I cra cra but spending 500-1000 per month at costco. More if family visiting.
I spent 23k in 2023 at costco
So 2 months worth of Costco shopping??
6k to justify going to Cosco at all
So like 5 Costco trips
Omg
14 apple pies
I try tell people this. Cash back is all BS
Buy 2 iphone 14 max pro. You're done.
Which is 250 a month
I spend $300 Fuel alone at cost per Month not couting groceries, looks like that covers that 2% thing 😊
Fuel is not eligible.
L uk they can't get 2% of pounds back
That $250 each month lol that is too easy. No reason not to get the executive membership!
Just don’t shop at Costco then. Stick to that Sams club bootleg shit
not hard i soebd that on gas
And if you don’t get at least get $60 cash back you can ask for a refund. I did that the first year. And I gave me $60
