I use these all the time. The way I wear them is not like in the video. I first put on either a clear gloss or just your everyday chapstick. Then I apply just a few small dots of the lip tint on my lip and obviously mix it around however you want. It always ends up really natural and beautiful.
You're not really supposed to apply it on like you would lipstick/lipgloss. It's supposed to be lightly applied and blended to created a gradient look. Its in the name "lip tint". I'm pretty sure you might've bought a knock-off version. I have the same set and they look completely different from the ones I have, especially the consistency? It looks super matte. They are supposed to have scents as well (which smell good!).

With lip tints, I find putting a small amount and blending it in and wiping excess has been my go to move. Definitely agree they don’t look great when heavily applied. Also better after exfoliating the lips. I live in a cold, dry climate so it’s really hit or miss with tints.

That thing has been around since the mid-2010s. I used to own two(a red and a violet) in 2016(the one made by Ashley Shine) and the formulation of those two tints is more like a thinner liquid lipstick than an actual tint, but those are not as thick as the one used in this vid. Also, the one made by the original creator(Chateau Labiotte) of the wine tints are true tints they are not supposed to be like the one she used. She probably got fake ones by accident.

Ok soooo...... y'all are so damn old and late on this sorry...the brand that originally started the wine make-up is called "labiotte" and it is a korean brand so any other brand making them is either fake or copied the korean brand. They're hydrating and have many more good ingredients too so get the original always 👍🏻 Edit: (also the original is a lip tint "and smells like grapes or a faint wine smell" not liquid lipstick like the vid, their packaging for the liquid lipstick has a different colour so the ones in the video are fake)
Okay first time i can say something about a product i bought too: get the wine lip tint, it actually has a really nice(but discrete) essence, will reallyyyy last for the day, won't dry/crack your lips and also it's really cute the package, and yes it has a lot of product inside dw. I have the purple shade, totally gorgeous

I have these lip tints. They do indeed smell like wine, but a little sweeter and less strong. These are actually a great product when dabbed on and blended into the lips.
I've one of those and they are amazing literally, they work best with a little conceler or bb cream because they are TINTS!!! not long lasting matte lipsticks that go with your full makeup If anybody plans to buy it go for it they look amazing, they smell amazing, choose the color according to your complexion and you'll rock for the no makeup look, trust me

I would say the Labiotte ones are dupes for the ysl tints. And they actually do smell faintly like wine.
These are a million years old. They’ve been selling these in Korea since at least 2015

I've one of those and they are amazing literally, they work best with a little conceler or bb cream because they are TINTS!!! not long lasting matte lipsticks that go with your full makeup
If anybody plans to buy it go for it they look amazing, they smell amazing, choose the color according to your complexion and you'll rock for the no makeup look, trust me

@@bethlamb6615 you ain’t got to be rude about, also people use melanin as some sort of brag. It’s like cool to them to have melanin either in there eyes, hair, skin etc. So thats why they said melanin to let people know she is a dark skinned queen which there is nothing wrong about it.
