I cannot help but sympathize with Mallobaude. If everything I believed turned out to be a lie, that an Elven goddess had been manipulating me and my people for her own ends all along, I cannot say I wouldn’t be at least a little shook. Allying with the Undead is bad, but they have always been a powerful weapon that gave even full grail knights a run for their blessings.
true even the writer try to hide and not spoil the reader until it is reveal later during the End Time who ze lady actually is. Instead of becoming a grail knight or dying he got red pilled and saw through the lies, pretty sure outside force influence this whether it is chaos or he is chosen to liberate Bretonnia. Also Malloubaude is the end justify the means type that is why he welcome undead into his army.

yeah it added to the atmosphere. you should however decrease the music volume a smidgeon so it doesn't overpower the narration.

Somehow I can't imagine her saying that, but then I'm not as well versed in the lore as you are so can't really argue.
I would love a Moussillon faction, with a chopped up VC tech tree, (no Vargheists, Terrorgheist, Varghulfs and all that super awsome nonsense) but with Black Grail Knights, Ghouls and Skeletons, perhaps including some Skeleton Archers and other custom nonsense.
In the campaign, Moussillon should have trebuchets and Grave Guard Crossbowmen
There's a couple of mods on steam that do exactly that, a faction overhaul to give mousillon a set of unique units. And then there's a faction unlocker that allows you to play as mousillon.

Having Mallobaude with his own little faction would be cool, maybe split Mousillon between the Red Duke and him, then they fight it out? I like the idea of the whole civil war aspect and finding out the lady was a lie, then maybe uniting Bretonnia to crusade against the elves our something.
but the lady wasn't really a lie, she was creating humans so as to save humanity and the elves when the chaos gods destroy the world (which she predicted), also is a god a lie if they still grant blessings and protect your country and your heroes?

There were some notable inaccuracies in this video. Mainly about the Knights of The Black Grail. The KBG are simply people who have drunken from the False Grail. It's left ambiguous what they are exactly, but they have a strong connection to the undead. And they've existed since before King Leon was born.

This isnt right. The idea of Black Grail Knights dont exist any where in lore. It in fact comes from a video game where Grail Knights were risen from the dead.

Creative Assembly, it's time to make Mousillon it's own faction. The time for playing it through mods is over, WE WILL MAKE MOUSILLON GREAT AGAIN! I am also dissapointed that Creative Assembly chose The Red Duke as the leader for Mousillon. I would have preferred Mallobaude, as even though i don't like The End Times, i have a soft spot for Mallobaude.
Maybe someday after they release the Third Game

I don't recall a character ever being made for the Hung. Heck, they are the only Northerners to never have their own Everchosen (The Norscans have Morkar The Uniter and technically Archaon while the Kurgan have Asavar Kul). And why Creative Assembly would choose The Red Duke over Mallobaude is beyond my comprehension. Who would you prefer?

It's weird because pretty much everything in TW: WH is made with Games Workshop in the middle on all of the lore stuff, which suggests that making The Red Duke the leader of Mousillon was at some point their decision even if he doesn't really fit.

I am very confused with the timeline of Mousillon. Between Merovech term as duke, being killed a recently crowned Louen and then Mallobaude becoming the "new duke".

I can imagine that Nippon is all just Samurai caricatures in the same way that Bretonnia is Medieval France and Reikland is kind of steampunky Renaissance Germany. The Empire would send trade ships to Nippon, try to convert them to Sigmarism and end up sparking a massive war.

Your pronunciation of Merovech is quite interesting. I personally have always pronounced it Mero- vech. The bretoni were the fantasy version of the Franks then how did they managed to develop their french like language considering there was never a equivalent of the Roman Empire predating Sigmar's empire, therefore there would no equivalent of the Romance languages existing outside of Tilea and maybe Estalia

Bretonian knights are also superior to the empire, they simply won the war.

If you spent any time in isolation in silence and the dark you'd probably loose all perspective of time within a day. How in a tomb is he expected to know 500 years have passed.

Bretonnia is the meatshield for the Wood Elves
@@christiandauz3742 no, the Fay Enchantress was not a wood elf (that was a theory that was proved incorrect) she was confirmed to be a bretonian damsel, who are magical girls (in Bretonia magic children are taken by damsels to serve the lady, rather than colleges), the boys are made into special defenders of the lack who are basically magic knights (Sons of Bretonnia)
Bretonnia was not meant to be the meatshield of the wood elves, it was meant to be the place of origin of the defenders of the new world/realm when the Warhammer cycle restarts (a cycle where chaos destroys the world and the survivors become the gods of the new world), it is even revealed that Lileath actually has more favour for the Bretonians the elves (basically she overtime developed a love for them greater then for her 'own people')
she did infact succeed to an extent, but her knew realm may or may not have been destroyed, it was never confirmed (with the closest being lileath stating she lost contact with it, which could be chaos interference) and since its tied with the wind of light, its very possible AOS might reintroduce the idea when they expand upon hysh propperly.
So when the The Year of Woe happend.
