Hey bro, I noticed the same thing too when I was researching export settings a few years back, and I finally found the answer. For 1080p videos , i go with 8-12 Mbps and for 4K i use 35-45 Mbps. If you’re uploading to RUclips or social media, use **VBR 2-pass** for good quality with smaller file sizes. For really high-quality or client projects, bump it up to 50-100 Mbps. I Use vbr 1 pass for this. You can use CBR when your project plans to be on TV or premiere at a film festival but VBR is recommended if your project is definitely going on social media
I did a lot of quality test and I found out when I do 61 it really looks exactly the same as if I were to bump it to 100. There's only small differences if you zoom in on a project obviously but it's not that much of a difference. I hope again that help.
Amazing showcase of settings short and not too dragged out while explaining what it does, for sure going to be using this. Subbed aswell 🔥

That new intro so dope! Going to try these settings 🔥
Thank you bro!
How do you go about choosing bitrate? That's the part that confuses me and everyone has a different answer which is more confusing.
