I am over 80 years, been using PP since Ver2, so what? Well I have to tell you, young man, your explanation, quality of diction and clarity was awesome. Thankyou.
+im like u sir, a little but younger (50). But i started to edit vidéos with première since 2.0 ...at that time we had Books to learn the settings etc ...now we have YT... And this smart young man ❤
I did everything but for 1080p 60fps. Honestly everything comes out clean and smooth! I love it. Thank you. I also used Nividia’s Shadow play to record my games.
HELLO VINCE! Great Tutorial on Exporting!I shoot with a Sony XDCAM at 1440x1080i I am a little confused though at 2:40 you showed to select, "Hardware Encoding" however when you got to the end and was Exporting the Video it defaulted to "Software Encoding?" My System does the same even though I have a GTX GForce 1650 Graphics Card plus 64GB DDR4 Ram Chips installed! I tried the H.265 Codec when it first came out but my Export had only the audio, there was no video at all! I agree with doubling the Target Bitrate as twice the Frame Rate but I give myself extra time for my Exports to Render and select VBR 2 Pass! To my eye & ears this gives me the best video quality to the various platforms that I upload to! Just wanted to share my results with you & the Adobe Community!
I tried to render a video length of 1:35:38. And it's capacity went to 29 GB. With 1080 Full HD. Why it's so high.???? Please guide me thanks. By the way. I m from Kargil Ladakh India
Hello, you said we need to choose Hardware encoding. So in 3:36 you still have Hardware encoding, but in 3:47 it suddenly became Software encoding. So which is better to choose? :D
Thanks Vince! I have sometimes problems with moiré patterns, when watching on our living room teve set. - When in standard-mode, but I have just discoverd not in ”cinema mode”! - Why?
Man i wish i watched this before trying to export an hour and a half podcast my computer been exporting for over 14 hrs and it still says 8 hours left(61%) LOL. Going to wait it out at this point but really feel this video is the answer to the final step of creating. Appreciate your video very easy to understand.
Hello! Great video, I just have one question: One the bitrate settings my CBR is capped at 50 and my video is gaming content so all of my footage is 60fps. What settings should I use in this case if I cannot access a CBR of 120. I am on a M2 Macbook if that matters, thanks in advance!
4:00 double the SEQUENCE framerate for the bitrate. The footage framerate doesn't matter so if you shoot 60fps but edit on a 24fps timeline(yeah sometimes we do that) just use the sequence framerate for reference to get your export bitrate number. It's not a rule and I haven't tested but you can play around. It depends on the platform you are delivering the final product.
Hello Vince, congratulations, the tutorial is clear, but since I am a total newbie, I would appreciate it if you could tell me if I can do this from a normal computer (16 Ram; 3rd generation I7 CPU and integrated graphics card) with Window 11, or would I need something more powerful, thank you.
Hey bro, you really help me today with this vídeo, and with the gama compensation tip, but.. when I downloaded the file from the description, I cant use this, after thinking why for some minutes, I saw that file's name is wrong in your download... have a number "2" in the end of the file... please fix this to help even more people! thankss
I tried to render a 24 min long walkthrough video (made with GoPro Hero 12 on 4K, 60 FPS, 10 Bit) with the settings in this video (target bitrate 120 Mpbs). With Adobe Media Encoder 2024 it takes more than 52 hours and the size is 22 GB. Is it normal? Adobe Premier Pro (latest) after 10 minutes still calculating the render time. I have a Macbook Pro M1 Max with 32 GB Ram and 1 TB SSD. I noticed that my mac doesn't support harware acceleration for this settings and automatically changed itself to software encoding. I think that is the reason for the long render time. However can tell me please somebody what should I change for the hardware encoding?
I Shoot stock footage.! so was looking for such video where I could find settings to export the maximum quality out of my raw files.! hope this works and gives me the perfect quality to sell.
I am working with different frame rates. I've got 59.94, 23.98, & 29.97. I've changed the sequence settings to 29.97. I tried to export in 4K to Media encoder at pro res 4444 X (whatever the letters on the end are). It totally failed so right now I'm back to the lowest Pro Res I believe 422? I'm back at 1080P and Match Source-adaptive high bitrate. Is this going to make me sacrifice quality?
Can some explain how to get my bitrate settings to go above 50. I record almost all my footage 60fps and cant double the bitrate when exporting why is that?
Ok i have searched for days and days idk what to do noone has made a video on it or an exact solution to this issue anywhere...i make 4k 60 gameplay i render it its great smooth crisp ok, i upload it to youtube and watch it and its like watching it in like 25 to 30 frames on some parts when it was at smooth 60 prior, it states it is 4k 60 but it plays like choppy or like its just not super smooth and enjoyable idk what to do and not a single person has answered what can i do??
@vinceopra yea I recently tried to export it at 105Mbps because it states the source footage bitrate was 105000kbps but it still comes out as being stuttery or appearing as if it is less frames less smooth of you know what I mean, I'm currently exporting another one using your advice of 120Mbps bitrate maximum quality going to see if it comes out smoother when on youtube later. If this stuff doesn't work I may start downscaling to 1080 or 1440p just to save more time and space considering once you upload to youtube its just not gonna be smooth anyway so u can't even appreciate or enjoy the gameplay. It's just really annoying when I see other people's videos being so smooth and true 60 frames and none of them wanting to answer how they do it lol
Please I need help I have learned how to edit in premium pro so I don't have money to buy a camera please I need someone who have a kind heart to help me get a camera in my country a camera cost to much mone 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

is Nvidia’s shadow play better than OBS for games?
Thank you. This really helped increase the quality of my video. Resolution is much better now

reduce the bitrate if u want lesser file size but the quality will decrease too
Thank you very much for the detailed explanation👍
Thank you for your efforts !!
useful on 4K exporting.
What’s the point of selecting hardware encoding if it changes it back to software encoding anyways?
Hello, you said we need to choose Hardware encoding. So in 3:36 you still have Hardware encoding, but in 3:47 it suddenly became Software encoding. So which is better to choose? :D
Helped a lot! appreciate it!
It changed automatically to software encoding. Same as yours in the video is there a way to change to hardware encoding?
thank you so much for this!

For 4k we need 4k original video right?
