Thanks, but iba ako magluto ng pochero dito sa Bacolod. Walang chorizo, chick peas, tomato sauce. Either beef, baboy or chicken at igisa lang. Tapos add enough water to soften the meat. Add a cube of meat flavor. Then the saging, baguio beans, orange kamote, patis. Add cracked pepper , a little salt to your taste then the pechay. Kaun na...
pede bang pressure cooker ko muna ang baka before ko gisahin? kasama ng iba? kasi gusto ko madali lumambot ang baka. :) at pede bang di lagyan ng chorizo? di kasi kami kain ng pork. :( pero thank u na din kasi napakadali ng instruction na ginawa mo. hope na masagot mo tanong ko thank u
The chorizo that should be used is the Spanish kind. But if you can't find that I guess you can use the Chinese one. The flavor is totally different though
Ang POCHERO ay ginagamitan ng Tomatoe sauce , fresh tomatoes . garbansos, potatoes at meron chinese sausage or Chorizo at Maraming vegetables xmpre meron din BANANA :)
Ang ESTOFADO nmn eh ginagamitan ng vinegar ,, brown sugar , soysauce at sk laurel leaves medio sweet and sour ang taste ng estofado sk meron din Fry banana( saba) ganun lang lang kasimple ang ESTOFADO compare sa POCHERO :) .. nice vids mr.panlasang pinoy ! merry xmas guys :) Godbless !
@jafeigh meron din po chinese chorizo... di naman po spanish lang ang chorizo meron din chorizo na portuguese, meron din macao (china din)... have you ever heard of fusion cuisine? yung pagcocombine ng 2 cuisines from different countries or continent... parang ganun lang yung ginawa sa chinese chorizo, sausage ng europe na inadopt ng mga chinese para makabuo ng isang bagong ingredient (sausage).
gosh...walang alam ang mga viewers na to kundi mamintas...just watch and be thankful this guy shared his thought about this recipe...kaya hindi umaasenso most of the filipino..PANAY PINTAS ANG ALAM !!!
