I don't think there is a single video that talks positively about TLJ that isn't swamped with people ruthlessly mocking people for liking it. In all fairness though, Sharknado is better than the Last Jedi. It is in the "its so bad its good" category of films.

@@jcore0981 One of the valid points is how Sokka never realized that his invasion plan might've been compromised. Think about it, Sokka knows that the Kyoshi Warriors are in the Earth Kingdom. Later, he sees that Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee have disguised themselves as Kyoshi Warriors. At no point does it cross Sokka's mind that Suki and her friends might've been captured or killed until waaaay later. King Kuei also never bothered to tell the Gaang that he might've spilled some information and that they should abandon the plan as the Fire Nation would've been prepared for the invasion.
The above point also creates issues with the Suki/Sokka ship. Sokka is incredibly callous (not intentionally) with Suki. It took near the end of the series for Sokka to acknowledge her whereabouts. Doubly problematic when Sokka states that he gathered friends from their adventures to aid in the invasion yet no line of dialogue is given for why he didn't ask the Kyoshi Warriors for help. Sokka only managed to rescue her through sheer convenience as she could've been sent any prison in the Earth Kingdom or worst, executed by Azula.
This point that MauLer brings up is valid and it's a big problem in the narrative as 1/6th of the story wouldn't happened if the characters realized this. There are problems MauLer failed to point out, like how Ozai razing the Earth Kingdom is cartoonishly evil and stupid.

Whataboutism is still a fallacious argument. As for bad being a judgement, therefore making it subjective. A judgement isn't necessarily subjective. For example, if you want to critique a fight scene, you will have a list of criterias it does or doesnt meet, and that would be objectively true if it meets those criterias or not. Like if a fight scene was to be ober the top, and didnt make sense physically, then that would be objectively unrealistic. The realism would depend on what kind of world it is set up in, making it unrealistic or realistic within its own context, but within that context it would be objectively realistic or unrealistic. There are other criterias to judge by objectively also, this is one of them.
