eng khaled, i want to give an examples of two real cases and i need your help for better understanding 1- a substation room which was planned to be handed over to authorities to place an order for the transformer on april but due to the contractor delay the room is finished on December on the other hand the engineer issued a new design that will affect the load schedule on september which will have an impact on the transformer order and delivery but as per actual site condition the construction works in the room at the date of issuing the design is in a major delay, may the contractor ask for any EOT for this case? the second case is an external service room the room as per the authorities drawings and the standards shall be with the road , level but as per the drawings received from the projects its 6m below the road level so does the contractor have the right to claim for the 6m retaining wall and the back filling which was not included in the project approved time schedule or he shall be aware of the authorities standards and take it in his consideration? Thank you
