- What Concerns Me About BRONNY JAMES, in this video I breakdown some mistakes that Bronny James, and his teammates made in their first NBA Summer League game. Bronny James played nervous it looked like and many times his teammates tried to not pass the ball to Bronny James. Ihope some of these issues get fixed before their next game. Bronny James also made some small mistakes that could have been from nerves or may stem from needing more training.

I think bronny needs to figure what kind of player he wants to be.
He plays off ball all the time but he does not shoot enough catch and shoot 3’s. Everytime he looks to penetrate or get to his pullup. In the nba if he is not playing the point guard, the advantage has already been created. that’s the best shot of the possession. He needs to work on his point guard skills so that he can play a role that suits his playstyle more. A role with more shot creation and attacking.

You are the first person I have seen mention his footwork. Every guard in the league has a much longer stride. It's a habit that for some reason his dad and others never corrected. He takes way too many steps on every possession making it difficult for him to beat his opponent off the dribble.

Why yall glazing bronny and downplaying his analysis.. who cares if its a "summer league" game, if im not mistake lebron james said last year "Bronny is better than 75% of these players in the NBA" NOW LET ME EXPLAIN THIS IN CONTEXT . he said that last year about players that are already in the league, so we should exuse him playing like this about players he should be far better than if lebron said 75% of "Current" a year ago so these guys on the court aren't even close to that 75% so he should be smoking them right? Or am i missing something?
Cause he’s a good player, who has potential. He just needs reps. No what Lebron said was what Lebron said. But that isn’t how Bronny feels. And Bronny never said he’s the type to drop 20 and 10 at least not yet. And it’s good for him to get all his mistakes out of the way now. And the man almost died a year ago, so he’s behind and he’s playing catch up

Dennis rodman posted his stats and there’s 50 games where he never sunk a point and only racked up a couple rebounds 😂 what’s everyone’s point ? You want him to be superman on his debut and score 20 odd points ON HIS FIRST GAME ,if you know basketball there’s mba stars who completely flopped on debut but are now mvp’s and hall of famers ,tell me i’m wrong .
@@monster9490wow this is such a terrible take. Rodman was the best rebounder in the league, won multiple dpoy and could guard all positions. Bronny isn’t dominant in not a single aspect. Stop talking hoops please
Bronny is making a lot of glaring errors he isn't cutting enough he would have 10+ pts if he just cut to the basket he's athletic. His lateral movements on D aren't promising. Bronny was touted as a 3 and D but he doesn't look like he can do the 3 or D.

Yeah it's a summer league game but Bronny is making some glaring errors that should have been corrected by now. If private tutoring from LeBron and some of the best coaching in the world from an early age isn't fixing his game I don't have much faith in him progressing in the NBA.
@@bna919 other NBA players that had sons gave them great private tutoring plus all other benefits and still didn't make the the league or if they did, did they have a great summer league let alone 1st summer league game?
