    Hey guys! This is Day one of my weekly workout split that I do getting ready for a meet. I follow a conjugate based style of training during competition prep. I will be uploading a video over each of my training days during a typical week. Please note that since I do conjugate, Each workout is different every week. This is just an example of what each of the days looks like!

      I don't think he can grow his legs and calves that much. Could be just his genetics to have thin legs and wide shoulders.

      @@bret9768 calves are for sure 90% genetics. He could maybe gain a little bit more size on his legs if he did hypertrophy focused leg sessions. But who cares really the guy is a beast

    I don't know if you've already made a video on the topic, but I would greatly apreciate if you would talk a bit about why these days are arranged the way they are in the same video you execute the workout. Like, it's really weird to see a day of bench with pull-ups, shrugs and an arm superset thrown in. I am sure it makes sense in a bigger picture, if you could point us towards the big picture that would be awesome, thanks dude!

    Great vid Cailer. Sure liked them band assisted pull-ups. I would appreciate if you did a list like "If I only ever could do one (or two, or three...) excercise, it would be...". I think my list would be 1) Chin-ups (and pull-ups) 2) Deadlift 3) Barbell row...

    Is training to failure on those phusups really good for you? When stretgh training recovery is key so should we stay a way from failure sets???

      Its not the same when it comes to body weight exercises. You could do them every day and it really wouldn't mess up your recovery or other lifts. It might affect them at first but they really dont stress you the way weighted exercises do

      They're awesome for hypertrophy and no it won't affect the recovery that much for strength. When you're doing a push up I think you're only pressing 60% of your bw so it's really very light weight
