    7:40 not clear bcz in first example value of f(x) is given at u(x,0) then why you not consider it in 3rd category or 3 rd case

    In 4:35 the solution of u(x, y) does not Satisfies the boundary conditions.... Sir can you please check it again.

      Sir typed the boundary condition wrong, it must be u(x,pi)=sin(3x), u(x,0)=0.

    Sir, in the Solution of every case you use U(x,y)=A Sin(n pi x / a ) Sinh(n pi y / b) but in M.D Raisinghania's book, the solution is given that U(x,y)=A Sin(n pi x / a ) Sinh(n pi y / a).In the numerator of Sin or Sinh, they use either ''a'' or '' b'' not both.
    Please give me the reference of the book which you follow?

    at 47:12 the sum doesn't seem to be correct. Perhaps a• comes out to be =0

    First question (gate 2008)may u(x,y) is not correct and also value of cosh(pi) is not correct.
