    Ingredients for marination:
    For frying onion
    Onion 5
    Oil 250ml
    Mutton 1 1/2kg
    Curd 1 cup
    Cardamom powder 1tspn
    Ginger garlic paste 2tspn
    Red chilli powder 2tspn
    Garam masala 1tspn
    Coriander powder 1tspn
    Cumin powder 1tspn
    Coarsely grinded green chillies 7 to 8
    Mace 2 to 3
    Stone flower 1
    Cinnamon sticks 3
    Green cardamom 7
    Bay leaf 3
    Kasuri methi 2tspns
    Shahzeera 1 1/2tspn
    Tailed pepper (kabab chini)10
    Ajinomoto 1/2tspn
    Salt 2tspn
    Turmeric powder 1tspn or as per your requirement
    Mint leaves 3bunches
    Coriander leaves 3bunches
    Fried onion. (Birista)
    Fried onion oil (1cup)
    Lemon juice (4lemons)
    Water (1/2 glass)
    MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR
    For rice :
    Basmati rice 1 1/2kg
    Bay leaf 2
    Stone flower 1
    Shahzeera 1/2tspn
    Cinnamon sticks 2
    Green cardamom 3
    Clove 4
    Green chillies 5
    Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
    Salt 2tspn
    Squeezed lemon slices 3
    Oil 1tspn
    For biryani dum:
    Mint leaves 1handfull
    Birista leftover
    Lemon yellow food color
    Saffron strands as per your requirement
    1 cup of milk
    Ajinomoto 1/2tspn
    Cook it on high flame for 10min
    Then 5 min on low flame
