    'Offers Over' aways throws me off & makes me think sale has ended. Why not use language that clearly illustrates the meaning of what one is asking? i.e., Offers Above? 🤷‍♀️ I guess Real estate is in a world of its own.

      It’s listed on RightMove for £4M so I’m guessing it didn’t sell and so offers over £3.5M are being considered.
