@Vicente ribarski beyer I think it's extremely dumb, do they want to keep it forever closed to a small few? I mean yes, it is true that Nintendo might strike their game and it's dangerous to get it public, but at the same time if they literally never release it, it would be worthless for most people! Is it really better to let literally no one enjoy it ? And there are still ways to avoid copyright strikes, like someone here said there are projects which did become public and didn't get a strike, or you could officially release the game without the textures and release the textures only on your discord, you could open source it and share it in many different places, etc! But instead they decide to forever restrict the game for everyone and it's no different than as if the game never existed!
