I typed this comment on a DELL Optiplex 9020 running Windows 7! My favorite laptop is the HP G72 C55DX notebook which comes with Windows 7. It's my grandma's laptop.
I remember my dad having a windows 7 laptop, I only saw the Windows 7 Boot Screen and The Login Screen. Also, my school used to have some Computer running Windows 7.
I like windows 7 because of the web browser, games and the gadgets. Its not asking to add or create a Microsoft account for Xbox games and others like the now-a-days laptops I recently bought a dell laptop with windows 7
If you still own a Windows 7 with a quadcore you can still use it for a lifetime I bought an emachine with 2 cores and Opera is working pretty fine on it you just can't update it I hope you're using security software to block dirty hackers.
I remember, like 5-4 years ago my sis used to have a Lenovo ThinkPad L412 and it ran Windows 10 RTM. I don't remember what happened, maybe the disk became corrupted. The disk was replaced and Windows 7 was installed. Back then, I didn't know much about OSes and would just use it for browsing the web. Until a few months ago it was working fine, but then the laptop fell and it stopped working :( We got it fixed and it started working, but after a few days it died for some reason T-T
@@the_ejumper_0804 yeah, sucks. My dad has a Lenovo ThinkPad X280, it's display is too bright and vibrant for the eyes, and it speakers are unusable. That's why he uses headphones. I have an HP Elitebook 820 G3 (as an 11 year old) and it's perfect for me. It has only 12GB RAM but it's fine. Also early reply :)
The reason why people don’t use Windows XP and Vista anymore not just cuz of security updates, but because programs are out of support which is a MUCH MORE security risk than Windows Updates.

It claims to reduce energy so it doesn't surge the electric bill through the roof I hate to see the electric bill on modern computers with a high wattage power supply you really don't need a beefy power supply if it blows up the jokes on them don't overload a power supply or say goodbye to your $4,000 computer build.
